Parent & Toddler Program

Little Splash

A fun and gentle introduction to water for young children, with active parent or caregiver participation. The program focuses on building comfort, confidence and a positive connection with water through structured, age-appropriate activities.

Key Focus:-

  • Water familiarisation and comfort

  • Supported floating and kicking

  • Bubbles and basic breath control

  • Body balance and movement

  • Safe entry and exit

  • Front and back positions

  • Parent-child confidence in the water

Outcome:-
Children become more comfortable and confident in the water and build a strong foundation for independent swimming lessons.

Goal: Comfort • Confidence • Connection with Water

Water Explorer

From water confidence to independent movement.
Water Explorer helps beginners build essential aquatic skills and become comfortable moving independently in the water.

Key Focus:-

  • Independent entry and exit

  • Face immersion and bubble blowing

  • Front and back floating

  • Streamline and gliding

  • Basic kicking and movement

  • Body position and balance

  • Recovering to standing position

  • Basic water-safety awareness

Outcome:-
Swimmers develop confidence with breathing, floating, gliding and moving independently over short distances.

Goal: Water Confidence • Balance • Breath Control • Independence

 Beginner Level 1

Aqua Starter

Turning basic water skills into swimming.

Aqua Starter helps swimmers combine floating, kicking, breathing and arm movement into coordinated swimming.

Key Focus:-

  • Streamlined push-offs

  • Front crawl fundamentals

  • Introduction to backstroke

  • Arm and leg coordination

  • Breathing and body position

  • Short continuous swims

  • Basic treading water

  • Water-safety awareness

Outcome:-
Swimmers build smoother coordination and greater control, progressing toward independent front crawl and backstroke over short distances.

Goal: Coordination • Propulsion • Breathing • Independent Swimming

Beginner Level 2

Stroke Builder

Developing proper stroke technique.

Stroke Builder is where swimmers move from simply being able to swim toward swimming with better technique and efficiency. The focus is on improving stroke mechanics, breathing, body position and consistency over longer distances.

Key Focus:-

  • Freestyle and backstroke technique

  • Streamline position and effective kicking

  • Arm recovery, entry and body rotation

  • Breathing coordination and bilateral breathing

  • Introduction to breaststroke fundamentals

  • Introduction to butterfly movement

  • Push-offs, basic turns and sculling

  • Increasing swimming distance

What Swimmers Develop:-
Swimmers begin receiving more detailed technical feedback and learn how small improvements in body position, breathing and stroke mechanics can make swimming smoother and more efficient.

Outcome:-
By the end of Stroke Builder, swimmers should demonstrate consistent freestyle and backstroke technique, improved coordination and the ability to maintain good form over longer distances.

Goal: Technique • Coordination • Efficiency • Consistency

Intermediate Level 1

Aqua Performer

Refining technique and building endurance.

Aqua Performer is designed for swimmers who have established the fundamentals and are ready to develop stronger technique, greater endurance and better control across multiple strokes.

Key Focus:-

  • Advanced freestyle and backstroke development

  • Breaststroke technique

  • Butterfly fundamentals and progression

  • Stroke-specific drills

  • Breathing patterns and streamlining

  • Starts, push-offs and turns

  • Sculling and pace awareness

  • Distance swimming and endurance

  • Introduction to structured training sets

What Swimmers Develop:-
Swimmers learn to maintain good technique while swimming longer distances. They begin understanding how pace, breathing, stroke timing and recovery work together during structured swimming sessions.

Outcome:-
By the end of Aqua Performer, swimmers should perform the major strokes with improved technique and swim longer distances while maintaining control and reasonable form.

Goal: Stroke Quality • Endurance • Pace • Control

Intermediate Level 2

Aqua Challenger

Building strong, efficient and confident swimmers.

Aqua Challenger is designed for swimmers ready for more demanding technical and conditioning work. The focus shifts toward advanced stroke refinement, endurance, speed and performance skills.

Key Focus:-

  • Refinement of all four competitive strokes

  • Freestyle and backstroke efficiency

  • Breaststroke timing and butterfly coordination

  • Advanced breathing patterns

  • Starts and stroke-specific turns

  • Underwater streamline work and breakouts

  • Pace control and interval training

  • Endurance and speed development

  • Stroke-specific drills

  • Introduction to race preparation

What Swimmers Develop:-
Swimmers learn to maintain technical quality even as training becomes more challenging. Structured sets introduce concepts such as distance, pace, repetitions, recovery and effort. The emphasis is not simply on swimming harder, but on swimming more efficiently.

Outcome:-
By the end of Aqua Challenger, swimmers should demonstrate strong control of all four strokes, improved endurance, efficient starts and turns, and confidence in structured training sessions.

Goal: Strength • Efficiency • Endurance • Performance

Advanced Level 1

Advanced Level 2

Finix Elite

Where technique meets performance.

Finix Elite is the highest level of the Finix Aquatics progression. It is designed for swimmers with strong fundamentals who are ready for advanced technical development, conditioning and performance-focused training.

Key Focus:-

  • Advanced technique across all four strokes

  • Race-specific freestyle and backstroke development

  • Breaststroke efficiency and butterfly refinement

  • Advanced starts, turns and underwater phases

  • Breakouts and streamline efficiency

  • Stroke rate and distance-per-stroke awareness

  • Pace management and race strategy

  • Advanced endurance and speed training

  • Structured training sets

  • Performance analysis and individual technical correction

What Swimmers Develop:-
Finix Elite helps swimmers turn strong technique into consistent performance. Swimmers learn to analyse their swimming, manage effort across different distances and maintain efficient technique under fatigue.

Outcome:-
By the end of Finix Elite, swimmers should demonstrate a high level of technique, endurance, efficiency and confidence across all four competitive strokes, with a strong foundation for further competitive training.

Goal: Precision • Performance • Endurance • Excellence
